    Finding the perfect iris fertilizer is a difficult task because iris need a really high second number in the fertilizer category, and most commercially available fertilizer is balanced. Ozark Iris Garden specially blends an optimal ratio for irises specifically which slow release feeds your iris garden for maximum growth and beautiful blooms. For best results feed two times a year in the fall and early spring (March).
